Show more payment collected detail for activities
It's great to see the total squad balance but it would also be useful to see how much money has been collected per game/activity, as this would allow organisers to understand whether or not they are covering costs. It could even be possible to enter the cost of the venue hire when creating/managing an activity as a way to help the admin more easily set the price.
