Set invite date/time for individual activities

Currently it's only possible to set an invite day/time for repeating activities, whereas non-repeating activity invites are sent immediately when the activity is created. It would be useful to be able to set the invite time regardless of whether the activity is repeating or not. For example, if a manager is adding all fixtures for the season, but wants invites to be sent the week before each fixture is taking place.
