Notify user when charge late drop outs is enabled
If an activity has 'charge late dropouts' enabled, it's not currently clear to members. I'd suggest two improvements:
1. State that late drop outs applied in the invitation. Just something in parenthesis next to the activity price (similar to the upfront payment required message).
2. When somebody opts out, state that the late drop out has been applied. Currently, it's applied silently - it just says "You're out". They're marked as 'late' in the admin view and an payment is now due on their account but it doesn't feel like the user got fair warning.
