Notify member when 'marked as paid' by organiser
I marked somebody as paid because they gave me the money in person, but they aren't notified and it just says "you're in" in their account. Ideally, they'd get a notification along the lines of '[your squad owner/admin] marked you as paid' and their status would change to paid somehow in their account.
