More flexible dropouts/reserves
Currently there are two options for reserves: "Promote first reserve" and "Offer to all". It would be great if there was something in between the two, where a dropout triggers a message offering the spot to the first reserve on the list, and they then have a set amount of time (say 20 minutes) to take the spot before it is offered to the next person on the list etc.
