Make it possible to duplicate an activity

Sometimes an admin may be adding lots of similar individual activities (such as all the fixtures in a season) where most of the details remain the same, but some change. Instead of manually re-creating individual activities, it would be good to be able to duplicate an existing activity and edit it before finalising.
