Make it easier to add people to a squad

Currently only squad admins can grab the squad joining link. They are free to share it elsewhere (for example in a WhatsApp group description) but it would be good if there was a clear way for non-admins to access and share the link too. There could be a setting that says "Allow non-admins to add members" and then all squad members could find the link when they log into Squaddle, or by responding with "Add members" or similar via WhatsApp. Admins may want to turn this on/off depending on how over-subscribed their squad is at any given time.
