Guest payments and single activity invites

Sometimes we add players to our games on a temporary basis (because we know that they won't be joining the squad long-term). Currently when adding a guest it simply adds their name but there is no way to set their contact details or collect payment. As well/instead, it would also be great if we could invite people to a single activity without them needing to join the squad. This could be another way of collecting payment from guests.

Another idea could be to tie guests to existing players so that they can bring a plus one. The existing player could then be responsible for paying for them.
