Allow players to pause squad memberships if injured or away etc

It would be good if a player had a way to stop receiving notifications for a set period of time without leaving a squad completely. They could do this by logging in, finding the squad and selecting to pause/unpause their membership. This could be useful for players who are injured or away for an extended period etc.
