Allow players to view payment (and refund) history
Currently there is no way for a player to get a clear view of an their payment history. It's possible for admins to see payment status per player for individual activities, but it would be useful for players to be able to see a full payment and refund history. Admins may also benefit from a view of an individual player's transaction history for their squad.

This is now live for players – they can log in and see all of their transactions (including refunds) at https://app.squaddle.co.uk/transactions. Admins can see individual payment and refund statuses via the activity screen and so it's probably not necessary to make the full player transaction view visible to them as well, but we can consider doing this later if we get feedback that it's needed.
