Allow players and admins to view payment (and refund) history

Currently there is no way for a player or an admin to get a clear view of an individual player's payment history. It's possible to see payment status per player for individual activities, but it would be useful for players and admins to be able to see a full payment and refund history on a per player basis (similar to how Outstanding Payments are displayed).
