Allow admins to clear outstanding payments
Sometimes it's obvious that a player is never going to pay up, or they may have paid outside of Squaddle. It's possible to make individual players as paid on a per-game basis, but there is currently no way to clear a player's full outstanding balance. A simple button next to the player/amount would reduce a lot of manual work for admins seeking to clear historic outstanding payments.
